Shipping Policy

All products are made to order to ensure maximum freshness. Please allow 3-5 days for order processing, and 2-5 days shipping time. If your order is of an urgent nature, please contact me to discuss the availability of a rush order. Due to the volatility of the products, please do not leave outside in inclement weather for an extended period of time.  Once your package has left our Scentapy facility, it is no longer under our control and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or damage caused by USPS (packages are insured) or damage due to packages being left outside in weather conditons.

 

Return Policy

 

Due to the nature of Scentapy products, we are unable to accept product returns.  All Scentapy products are made from high quality ingredients.  However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within (7) days of product delivery, to discuss a replacement or store credit.
