POLICY

All products are made to order to ensure maximum freshness. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and 2-3 days shipping time. If your order is of an urgent nature, please contact me to discuss the availability of a rush order. All orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Due to the volatility of the products, please do not leave outside in enclement weather for an extended period of time.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of Scentapy products, we are unable to accept returns. All Scentapy products are made from high quality ingredients. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately to discuss a replacement or store credit.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
In 2005, Kimberly Farrell was a full time college student and a stay-at-home mother of two small children. In her spare time (ha!) she learned the art of making bath and body products and ventured into a partnership with a friend. The business succeeded far beyond their expectations. However, both partners had too much on their plate to keep up with the business boom and had to make the devastating decision to close shop. Kimberly has since finished college and has been working full time. For quite some time she has had the desire to begin making her products again for her personal use and to share with all her friends and family.

All Scentapy Bath and Body products are handmade from skin loving ingredients. Kimberly does NOT use any manufactured bases in any of her products. All her products are made from recipes that she has tested and perfected.
